Return & Exchange Policy  

At KetiVani, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, and we’re committed to providing a smooth and supportive experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns of eligible merchandise for a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Please review the following guidelines:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Please allow 7–10 days for your return to be processed.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Altered garments, Made-to-Measure pieces, and Custom orders are not eligible for return.

• We gladly offer a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price and reduced within 10 days of purchase.

• KetiVani LLC reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise meets our saleable condition standards.
